How is income from futures trading (S&P 500) taxed in Germany or Holland. I've heard that it is considered gambling and, therefore, not taxable. Is there a German trader who knows the answer?

Don't know about Germany, but in Holland it's tax free:)

i suggest wherever you trade you use an offshore corporate account. And move funds through an offshore banking account or brokerage account with a connected debit card and check writing.

This will insulate you against all forms of litigation and most if not all taxation.
