Apmex.com sells the 1 gram gold bars for about 20% premium to spot. Ebay is the same. The 1 gram gold bars sell for about 20% premium to spot also on auction. So when you go to sell, you too will sell at a premium (unless you are selling back to the company you bought from or to a jeweler, then you will get less) So really you are only paying about 10% over market with these machines which is still too much when you can get it cheaper online.
