Nope. I’m in the U.K. So glad we voted to Brexit. The EU are determined to exterminate speculation.

My biggest fear was a transaction tax which could possibly be managed by trading smaller contracts looking for bigger moves. But if losses are effectively taxed the same as profits business is impossible.

  5. My understanding is that it is a German tax rule, so it applies to all individuals who have to pay income tax in Germany. This makes it not limited to only German nationals, but also to those foreigners who fall under the German tax law.
I'm not sure whether the German tax rules look at your worldwide income from trading, or only to your income from trading on German exchanges (but my guess is that they look at worldwide).

If Germany does not allow you to do what you love and what feeds your family, why the fuck would you mind spending a dime there and not move to live somewhere else? All those rapefugees mutti Merkel welcomed will surely be a lot better at taxpaying ....

I have also heard 'EU government' wants to eliminate cash right :-D You know what, EU takes only about 1% of the Earth surface. Just move on dude

Geh einfach weiter, Alter [/ QUOTE]

Swiss speak German! or Paraguay but more to Switzerland. The German language is spot on, you won't find that in other languages. That's why I'm certainly not learning any other!

  10. If this source is true, I am not surprised that a government submits individual traders with these types of laws
