First of all, you have to assume that if Democrats pass a bill, corporate America is already on board. After all, have you ever browsed OpenSecrets.org? Have you ever truly looked at how many democrat politicians get funded by corporate America? You should. You seem to believe that the GOP is the only party with politicians that get donations and are influenced by corporate America. So lets assume that legislation actually gets passed that corporate America ISN'T on board with. Your suggested challenge routine isn't as cut and dry as you make it out. Challenges require legal precedent - and that's assuming the SCOTUS decides to hear the challenge. Unless something is going against the Constitution, in which case it SHOULD be stomped on.
