He seems very healhty and energetic.I could see him wanting another term unless his health goes downhill in the next 4 years.

I agree it's top 5 items, though I'd counter that voter reform is just as important though that won't survive SCOTUS. Dems can't keep ignoring police and prison reform and expect to win in 2022.

Honestly, dude looks great, thought he was early 60's.

Whatever happens in the next two years, though, you guys don't get to blame it on the GOP. So make it count.

Question is how far will Manchin go along with their aganda, thats why I think they need those four seats.I know DC and PR wants statehood but they should go all out and try for Guam too and never let Pubs control The Senate again.

Is it though? First thing that happens when dems pass a bill that corporate America doesn't like is bring a legal challenge via their PACs/nonprofits and find right leaning courts to rule their way and expedite the appeals up the ladder.

Should try for American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands too.I think they are all liberal.

Not only is it Senate seats but House seats and EC votes as well.

First of all, you have to assume that if Democrats pass a bill, corporate America is already on board. After all, have you ever browsed OpenSecrets.org? Have you ever truly looked at how many democrat politicians get funded by corporate America? You should. You seem to believe that the GOP is the only party with politicians that get donations and are influenced by corporate America.

So lets assume that legislation actually gets passed that corporate America ISN'T on board with. Your suggested challenge routine isn't as cut and dry as you make it out. Challenges require legal precedent - and that's assuming the SCOTUS decides to hear the challenge. Unless something is going against the Constitution, in which case it SHOULD be stomped on.
