I already figured how to profit intraday. It's just that I can't (and won't for ethical reasons) front-run my customers orders.
No you haven't, you've figured out that privileged knowledge can give you insight but it's also ILLEGAL to trade with. Once you learn how to profit intraday, nearly EVERYDAY, without the help of institutional knowledge, then you'll truly understand why people give you a hard time on this issue.
