  2. He tried, but after Johnson failed to wreck (a great dissappointment to me I might add :D ), Hamlin thought better of doing it again. Perhaps, he recalled what happened to Vickers. :D

  4. You can view the Car of Tomorrow Tests at Iowa Speedway through the track's two web cams. Tests run all this week (until Friday). Most drivers haven't had many positive things to say about the CoT.

    Thoughts?

  7. From www.autoextremist.com

Michael Schumacher. The great German Champion suffered a punctured tire
early on in Brazil but stormed back to finish fourth in his final Formula
One race. Schumacher, 37, retires with 91 victories in 250 Grand Prix
starts, an incredible seven World Championships - and 68 pole positions.
Rumors that he has signed a $10 million deal to drive the two NASCAR road
races at Sears Point (Infineon) and Watkins Glen in 2007 could not be
    substantiated at our launch time.

  9. Champion Harvick pulls one out at Memphis

When it's your year, it's your year.

Carl Edwards passed Kevin Harvick with 13 laps to go and appeared to have the car to beat. But two restarts within the final 10 laps gave Harvick more opportunities for the Busch Series champion to win another race.

Edwards held the lead on the first restart with six laps to go, but another one three laps later on a record day for cautions at Memphis was one too many.

Harvick, and teammate Clint Bowyer, beat Edwards off the restart on the green-white-checkered finish, and Harvick held off Bowyer to win the Sam's Town 250, his eighth victory of the season.

    Edwards finished third.

Juan Pablo Montoya, making his Busch Series debut, finished 12th.
