Can Kyle Busch friggin drive a race car? He made Jimmy Johnson look like a rookie in his first race on that last restart. This kid lives for one thing, to win races. What a bitter pill for Hendrick to have to swallow. Suddenly Tony Stewart leaving Gibbs doesn't seem too important.
Gotta agree with you, the kids continues to impress. I loved the way he smoked Jimmie on that restart! Even though I don't like to see Tony leave, JGR is going to be just fine.
Oh well, bad race today. You can't entirely blame the tire... the C.O.T. is hell on them especially on this track. They should've figured this out sooner though.
Possibly the worst race in the history of NASCAR. Why not just have the pace car pace the entire "race" so that no one goes too fast and hurts themselves? Goodyear bears a lot of blame, but the dolts at NASCAR made a farce of their second most important race. Here's a novel idea for them to consider in the future: let teams decide how far to go on tires and maybe adjust their speed to maximize tire wear. Of course, that might run the risk that a Hendricks car wouldn't win and they semed to have been given the nod this week. How long before they have to admit the COT is a total failure also? That POS is so aero sensitive you just cannot pass the lead car unless he loses it somehow. It's also butt ugly. Why anyone would pay good money to see one of these races is beyond me. At least with IRL there is the chance that the two girls start fighting.
