  2. LOL-

I bet my dad $100 that Jimmy would come back after Chad Knaus got reinstated - he took Gordon.

Gordon pretty much said his chances are gone now in the post race interview.

  4. I've placed the powerful crisscross applesauce hex on the #48 for the day. Hopefully, the #24 bunch has a little bit of magic left in the tank.

While much has changed during the off season, some things have remained the same.

How long before Junior Nation transitions from stands filled with a sea of red, to that of green? Nice to see Junior win one of the Twin 125's (I know. I know. the name has changed - along with the distance, but I still call it Winston Cup). As we begin the third year of this thread, who do you like? Who do you hate? Who can win? And, who hasn't a snowball's chance in hell?

Nice to see John Andretti back in the 500, but where is Ward Burton?

    As always, Go Gordo!!

  7. Obviously NASCAR is letting Jr use a little of that special sauce they dole out once in a while when they desperately want someone to win. I'd love to see his motor on a dyno next to the other Chevys. It will be fruitless however. The Toyota contingent now has a killer combination, with equal aero via the COT and superior power, plus three super drivers at JGR.

I'm sure Jr will make an effort to work with his new teammates, but when the white flag flies, look for the 88 and 20 to hook up.
