  2. hard to get into. . . . they typically hire very young, hyper-educated types with high-gpa's, etc. meager draw, profit-share starting at 30 (trader)-70 (house) then moving upwards as you make more $$. . . . . and, a portion of the trader's profit share is held back.

  3. 30/70 is a pretty weak split
