I assume your going to use Genesis api? If so, make sure your developer is a real expert and have lots of patience learning the api on he's own because once you start you will not get support from Genesis. Genesis is a good broker but is very terrible in supporting their api.
Overall, I don't know of a firm that can keep up with them. However, it is true that their customer service level has slipped as they have grown. -Eric
