  1. couldn't help it...now you know how the other half felt for 8 years!!:D ...suck it up we've had much worse in the past and are likely to have worse in the future...somehow the US does manage to survive and dare I say thrive.

  2. In a handful of zipcodes, it does "thrive". Mainly a function of how closely positioned one is to the asset inflation spigot.

If I didn't know better, I'd attribute such a vacuous statement to the now departed, Marketsurfer.

it won't make any difference..point is-we (as a whole) getting poorer and this is why a)kids will stay with their parents
b)people will and currently do move from suburbs into a cities.
American dream is dead. and our current leaders(who are getting reelected every time) are one of the cause.

I have no experience with Russia so I won't even bother commenting. I lived in France, Germany, and Argentina long enough to form an opinion on their government structure.

I have no clue what you're saying really, but I do know that I'm no deadbeat considering I am an employee and provide healthcare for over 25 employees and their families.

I'm guessing you wouldn't know anything about being an employer since you're getting so hot in the collar because I'm bashing brainwashed Obama voters under 30.

People get married later and therefore move out later. You don't make the move if you're financially 'iffy' and aren't forced to do so.
The mortgage crisis was also a big deterrent, who goes out and makes the commitment when you read about people getting thrown out. The next generation will again make irresponsible financial decisions as they'll have no memory of the past 6 years.

  8. An employee covering HI for other employees? How noble.

Of course you don't and obviously you're some industry titan. You run a $10B HF and provide Cadillac plans and free condoms. Dude, why even bother with the BS. Nobody believes it nor cares... but you don't know dick about how underwriting works.

Don't really understand if this is meant to be a question or an insult at me.

You make a lot of bizarre assumptions.

I'm no titan of industry moron and I could care less if you believe me or not, but I employ and cover over 25 full time employees + their families. I'm not in finance or the HF industry so I have no clue why you're bringing that up.

I have seen 30%+ YOY increases in premiums in each of the last 3 years, since Obama bestowed this awesome program on us.

I'm in my late 30's. I have no clue why you assume because I see folly in 20-somethings voting for a lifetime of higher taxes, that automatically I'm a boomer about to go on medicare.

Reading comprehension may not be your strong suit though.
