This is an extremely poor understanding of what's happening, Democrats had a primary, they had their registration surge much earlier, it's about the votes now, not about new registration.
Trump got 62,000,000 votes last time. He lost none of them. Pretty good starting point, especially where the votes came from.
That's fine, problem for Democrats in 2016 was that many weren't enthusiastic, many thought Hillary would win easily - those Democrats are fired up now and it shows in the numbers already - you cannot solve that problem by having Republicans show up in the same numbers. Biden isn't Hillary, he doesn't have the unfavorables Hillary had.
A very good friend of mine works the elections here in Oklahoma. He’s told me the books (voter rolls) for each party, the Democratic roll has decreased significantly over the last 4 years, Republican voter roll has increased significantly, my take, many many old blue dog conservative Democrats here have switched parties in droves. I understand this is red dirt Oklahoma, but when I hear the same thing is happening but on a national level, There has to be some connection.
Is that your new mantra? Instead of crying or rioting when you don’t get your way, now just crawl into the fetal position and chant , cope, cope, cope?
