Yeah I'm aware there's more than one possible interpretation of what he did or didn't achieve. I was on more about his leadership method of setting stretch goals / targets, and then letting people find their own way of achieving em without in the slightest micromanaging their process, just evaluating results at the agreed target date, more or less.
