Gen z will not go back to the office...cant binge watch their shows any more

  2. Yeah I'm aware there's more than one possible interpretation of what he did or didn't achieve.

    I was on more about his leadership method of setting stretch goals / targets, and then letting people find their own way of achieving em without in the slightest micromanaging their process, just evaluating results at the agreed target date, more or less.

    Welch was a scammer & scumbag of the highest order. He is not someone to look to for greatness. His lieutenants? They destroyed what was left behind when he conveniently left before it all collapsed.

    If that is all true then why did most corporations have everyone come to an office to work?

    I worked in PharmaIT for 20 years and only starting in 2007 they allowed some of us to work from home. Mainly people like me since I worked across multiple departments as the SAP/Oracle liason.
