Ramdac is not the name of the chip, and, yes the 6200 has dual ramdacs. The dual ramdac chips (which are actually integrated into the main chip), simply allow the chip to run two analog (VGA cable hook up) monitors. I agree with the concesus, that the issue could be using a TV as a monitor. I'm running the same card in my beater machine and it should easily handle two monitors at those resolutions.
