Someone just traded 50,000 calls at 21 cents higher than what was on the screen. for DEC 20 strike price? What does this mean?
Interesting GELI sticks out like a sore thumb. Volume 63717 for today. everything else for DEC shows little volume in comparison to the GELI symbol. I do not see evidence of a credit spread. This was a straight out call option trade. GELI is the highest GE volume option it seems on a quick glance.
same thing with AMR today.. people were buying 8.00 calls on the last 2 day of expiration.. somebody knew they will get financing call volume on 16th sept 7.00 AMRIJ.X 0.40 2,261 8.00 AMRIK.X 0.05 2,638
When is ge reporting i guess there is a lot of positive new out there which has not come to us yet : -
