The company will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "SRAD." Sportradar initially filed its plansfor an IPO last month. Sportradar also announcedthat entities affiliated with Eldridge, entities affiliated with Radcliff Management LLC and certain other investors have agreed to purchase $159M aggregate principal amount of Class A ordinary shares.
