American Campus upgraded to Outperform at Evercore ISI on faster Disney ramp 05/10/21 ACC, DIS As previously reported, Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa upgraded American Campus (ACC) to Outperform from In Line with a price target of $50, up from $48, after Disney (DIS) announced the relaunching of its internship program starting in June, with occupancy to resume as early as this summer. As Disney represented one uncertainty to American Campus' near-term growth, this announcement is "clearly positive news," said Sakwa. He believes that the other piece of American's business, namely standard student housing, should come back to a mid-90% occupancy rate in Fall 2022, Sakwa added.
