Good Morning everybody-- The company was founded in 2013 by threat detection and analytics experts, Mike Ellenbogen and Anil Chitkara, who are motivated by the then recent tragedies at Sandy Hook Elementary School and the Boston Marathon. In the wake of escalating gun violence, we recognize the need for a better way to ensure the physical security of large gatherings of people, whether it was at a ballgame, a theme park, a concert, a school, a church, or even an office building. Our flagship product, Evolv Express is fundamentally different than any other solution in the market today. We had a very strong new customer additions in the second quarter with key wins at Butler University, the Four Winds Casino, the Fox Theatre, the Paramount Theatre, The National WWII Museum, Major League Soccer’s the Crew, and Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas. These are exciting wins. So why do they choose us? Time and time again, it’s for one or more of three compelling reasons. First, we delivered dramatically improved security, which makes our customers’ venues safer than ever, ever before. Cowen starts Evolv at Outperform on physical security disruption 07/29 EVLV Cowen analyst Shaul Eyal initiated coverage of Evolv with an Outperform rating and $14 price target. The company is transforming physical security, a market "long dominated by older technologies," Eyal tells investors in a research note. The analyst says Evolv is positioned to "disrupt" a $20B total addressable market with plans of targeting a $100B market. The company leverages advanced sensors, cameras, artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide touch-less security screening for gathering venues, says Eyal.

This is a SPAC. ! I didn't know that at the time. The thing with SPACS as we all know is these investors are in at an earlier PIPE price and so they and the companies do not care if there stocks go from $10 to $2 because everything to them is @ $10+ >>> These SPACS are troubling for me because they attract companies that interest me-- I swear that Ginko Bio could of been huge why they didn't IPO is beyond me-- they did not have to SPAC! Just crazy! But we could make up a list of the " real " companies that SPAC''d and understand that there may be forces shorting the entire SPAC univers there is probably a Quant super computer devoted to that... I think the electric cars are going to unlock a mania that will blur the lines. My best guess is in about a year we are done sifting through who is a SPAC and who is not.
