    If I wanted a Slinger bag for Xmas I would have said so!
    And a grill.... kinda defeats the whole exercise thing in a way.

    Hey who wrote that analysis about Slinger anyway(?)... dude be talking talking about 57% revenue growth quarter over quarter. My ass. When pigs fly.

    They did it last quarter... bfd... I wonder if he realizes that if they did that for the next eight quarters their annual revenue would be in the neighborhood of about $300,000,000/year. Even the next 4 quarters would put their top line over $100,000,000! That guy's an idiot. He pumping this pos story stock.

    To put that in perspective... Spalding has annual revenue of about $60,000,000.

    Spalding is a leading producer and marketer of baseballs, basketballs, backboards, footballs, volleyballs and soccer balls under the Spalding and Huffy Sports brand names and softballs under the Dudley brand. Spalding is the official basketball supplier of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), the official backboard of the NBA and NCAA, the official volleyball of the King of the Beach Volleyball Tour, the official soccer ball of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) and the official football of the Arena Football League (AFL) and Pop Warner.

    Like I said.... when pigs fly.

    Hey Stoney!!!!!

    Do you do any DD on these companies at all, or do you just think it's a good stock because... I dunno.... you like tennis(?).
    For real.

    You don't think this is a red flag?!!!!:

    Exhibit10.1

    This loan agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on July 23, 2021 by and between Ontario Limited, an Ontario corporation(“Lender”), and Slinger Bag Inc., a Nevada corporation (together with its affiliates, “Borrower”).

    WHEREAS,Borrower requires a further infusion of U.S. $500,000 in cash (the “Loan”) in order to finance its operations and Lender wishes to provide the Loan, subject to the terms and on the conditions of this Agreement;

    Lender hereby agrees to lend FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND USD ($500,000) in immediately available funds to the Borroweron July 23, 2021 by wiring the same in accordance with instructions to be provided by the Borrower separately.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    I mean call me skeptical here... but what kind of friggin company needs to borrow $500K in cash to keep the lights on?
    At 12% interest due in 30 days no less!

    I mean why didn't the CEO just go down to a local pawn shop and hock his watch or something?

    Was Acme Title Loan closed at the time?

    Wtf!?

    Oh, and btw... Did you by any chance read about that placement they made?

    It's a 102 pages long!

    https://www.m2compliance.com/hostin...021/Form8-K(08-10-2021)slingerbag/Form8-K.htm

    Its the shell game from hell.

    102 pages(!)...

    Good lord... we could merge Proctor&Gamble with Amazon, GM, and Goldman Sachs and it wouldn't be 102 pages.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Whatever Stoney.
    I'm sure one day next week or next month someone will buy at the ask on a $0.20 spread and it'll be up... some ungodly percent and you'll once again be... the ET savant. :p

    $500K loan.
    :rolleyes:
    Whaaaaaaaatever.
    :D

    Yeah that tennis bag is definitely catered to a specific market...the sort that had a tennis and golf instructor and a maid at home to clean up your mess.

    Here's some bottom fishing I am looking at for Monday/Tuesday:

    It's $3.12/$3.20
    I just don't see how a company that has a market-cap of almost $100,000,000 doesn't have a line of credit such that they need a 30 day loan for $500K to keep the operation going. Thank god the SEC has rules requiring the filing of such. If they had a line of credit, we'd have never known.

    I'll put a 3 month price target on it of $2.30 or less.
    Who want's a 30% haircut? At least.
    Odds are it'll be a complete shave.

    Sorry Stoney... but I have to write what I see. We have north of 130,000 views, so there's voyeurs here, folks that have been in the game for probably less than a year that don't know any better.

    I'm sure its a decent product, and I'm sure there are plenty of folks that will buy one... but it's not a $90M company by any means. Not even 1/2 that.

    Gross margins on the top-line are 28%.... look at the books, look at the expenses. This company will not be profitable in our lifetime. It's a classic paper-tiger pump and dump that will make a few seasoned shell corp operators millions of dollars on the backs of young, ultra-naive traders new to the game hoping to get rich quick on the next big momo stock. This is not that stock however.

    Icosavax initiated with a Buy at Jefferies 07:36 ICVX Jefferies analyst Kelechi Chikere initiated coverage of Icosavax with a Buy rating and $50 price target. Chikere tells investors in a research note that Phase I neutralizing antibodies data for Icosavax's RSV vaccine are expected in 1H2 and believes data for its CV-19 vaccine should help support the hypothesis that VLPs are better than other platforms at eliciting nAb. Positive data for other RSV vaccines coming as well will be a positive for Icosavax, the analyst contends.

    I searched SA and found the article. You may have included the part about raising funds, but you also left out the part where the writer said he's not touching it until they turn a profit.
