Yeah, they were open market buys. "Effective June 3, 2021, the issuer changed its legal name from Zoom Telephonics, Inc. to Minim, Inc." There's also this fwiw. Same day... MANCHESTER, NH, July 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Minim, Inc. (NASDAQ: MINM) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $22.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses. B. Riley Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager and Northland Capital Markets is acting as co-manager for the offering. ______________________________________________________ Stoney.... I have a new list of annoying CNBC daytime commercials: 3) The e-trade song, they play it all the time. Karate Kid "You're the best". 2)... they don't run this one non-stop... but its annoying... "This last year has seemed like a long dark Nordic winter". Spooky voice on the dude. Effective, but spooky. Shakespearean. And the award for the #1 most overplayed, most annoying commercial currently on CNBC goes to IHG... International Hotel Group and that stupid song: "Everything's gonna be alright, got a brand new, brand new, lease on life" ... The clip they use has that volume kick right in a solid 8% above the board's master level, just like that stupid "we are on a mission" commercial. It was set higher, but the guys voice in this song grates on ones ears after hearing it 10X/day.
