Good Morning and congratulations janes-! > Geeze taking a 9% position may be the new way to get stocks going. It worked on our Cloud-in-motion stk and it's worked in a big way down under. Hopefully they will let you out without a time delay! Revisiting CPNG. I saw this news story--eBay reports Korea businesses as discontinued operations 16:14 EBAY During the second quarter, eBay and Emart announced they reached an agreement for the purchase by Emart of eBay's businesses in Korea and determined that it met the criteria for the classification of held-for-sale accounting and discontinued operations. Accordingly, eBay's businesses in Korea will be reflected in eBay's condensed consolidated financial statements as discontinued operations beginning in the second quarter. eBay's second quarter results will be reported and discussed on its quarterly conference call and webcast on August 11. This has to be a positive for CPNG. Ebay was one of their few competitors in Korea.

Time to get back in The Daddy? GoDaddy expanded integration with Google a positive, says Truist 11:55 GDDY After GoDaddy (GDDY) announced an expanded partnership with Google (GOOGL) that makes it easy for small-to-midsize customers to be easily discovered by Google users, Truist analyst Naved Khan calls it a positive that bolsters GoDaddy's e-commerce offering. Khan has a Buy rating and $112 price target on GoDaddy shares.
stoney these are two different stocks i've been writing about. The Australian Leaf Resources LER is still in suspension so i don't know if it's up or down. David Lazar, the guy in a battle with mysz, just bought a heap of shares in some company called Oxbridge OXBR. I didn't buy because it had already gone up too much by the time i saw the 13D, which was only a few minutes after it posted
CPNG I think is a buy here. Just looking at the chart. I have not seen anyone draw the lines yet that the EBAY move is a positive for CPNG instead speculation revolves around an application for CPNG.Biz. The feeling is a Staples like business offering (online) is about to be announced. Coupang shares have gained 10% over the past three days, rising to a high of $45.98/share. <---
Lumen unlikely to sell entire mass markets business, says Wells Fargo 14:15 LUMN Wells Fargo analyst Eric Luebchow keeps an Overweight rating on Lumen Technologies with a $15 price target after Bloomberg reported that Apollo (APO) was in advanced discussions with the company to acquire over $5B of assets. The analyst thinks it is unlikely Lumen would sell its entire mass markets business based on its recent commentary. Based on precedent transactions, Luebchow estimates Lumen's entire mass markets business could be worth $14B-$15B. He believes that in order to make a sale value accretive, the company would need to sell assets at a greater than 5.8 times EBITDA multiple. This may be a difficult task to achieve if Lumen largely sells its consumer copper homes, but more feasible if it divests its fiber-to-the-home footprint, says Luebchow.
