Electric Last Mile Solutions initiated with an Outperform at Cowen 12:51 ELMS Cowen analyst Jeffrey Osborne initiated coverage of Electric Last Mile Solutions with an Outperform rating and $14 price target. The company seeks to penetrate the electric class 1 space with the launch of its urban delivery van in Q4, Osborne tells investors in a research note. The analyst says the U.S. market is currently untapped and that Electric Last Mile "has a window where they will be the only electric provider in market." U.S. safety certification is the next catalyst for shares, notes Osborne.

We had record closes across the board. Those must be 4 strong stocks. Only 1 is on the Dow right?
Apple, and It was down today. Those other 3 must REALLY be strong. They even pulled up the DJIA. How's that work?

The stocks we've discussed are down. Chewy, Funko, GVA from where you bought it, BHVN was flat, DriveShack is at $3, GOED was down 5.4%.... LMND is at $96.... the list goes on.

Point being, if you think this market is gonna crash, why would you buy this stuff?
Sure they spike one day on low volume and you can post how great of a pick they were.... but they NEVER hold.
    Never.

Now, to your credit, I too agree the market is going to have a big-time correction. Decliners actually led advancing stocks today. Obviously there's more than 4 propping things up, but market breadth is a tell.

So.... quit looking for longs and start looking for shorts if you truly believe what you say because these IPO's like CFLT, down 1.7% on the day.... they're not going anywhere if this market sells off.
I take that back, they're gonna drop in a big way.

And please... don't say I'm messing up your Karma:

I'm merely speaking from the shoes of someone that's seen their share of rodeos. I am totally not trying to do that, although the "I am always right" ego thing... begs for a reality check. Hard to let it slide. Regarding CFLT, I didn't rain on anything, its a friggin ipo trading 25% over it's opening price not too long ago.

If the market continues to soar, all of the above will be fine. But YOU said there's a correction coming, and if that's the case, any of these stocks will be far from fine.

Buy stocks with solid balance sheets and no debt.

This heatwave is all the excuse Powell is gonna need to raise rates unexpectedly, because if things don't get better soon... the cost of food is gonna skyrocket... even if it's not one of their inflation metrics. Cows need food. American's need crops. Droughts don't get it.

but in my other australian bio-plastic stock, secos group, something is up there, too. it started to trade stronger a couple weeks ago after a pretty mediocre stretch, and now is up 5% in first minutes of trading on no news and high volume. it never moves without news. finally starting to see some profits here.

  5. VAN ROLLING CORRECTIONS WAIT FOR NO MAN. BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU DON'T BUY STOCKS. MY BUYS ARE ALL AT LOW POINTS NOT HIGHS. LMND WAS 100 POINTS OFF IT'S HIGH! IT WAS AN ATTEMPT TO BOTH BOTTOM FISH AND PARTAKE IN WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A SPIKE IN CERTAIN NASDAQ NAMES. MY WORK SHOWED A LAST VERTICAL SPIKE UP AND THEN A 15% draw down. Why the spike never came? I'm working through that but I blame this runaway inflation.

So No 1920's for us. Is it the 90's or the 70's that's the question.

Rolling corrections are tricky. Talking heads will tell you that it's great, air is let out and we keep going. I beg to differ.

Tremor International initiated with a Buy at Stifel 07:38 TRMR, GOOGL, GOOG, TTD, MGNI, PUBM Stifel analyst John Egbert initiated coverage of Tremor International with a Buy rating and $26 price target. Tremor's advertising technology platform for both digital advertisers and publishers on the open Internet has a specific focus on fast-growing opportunities within digital video and Connected TV, or CTV, advertising, said Egbert. While Tremor faces "significant competition" for ad spend from demand-side platforms operated by companies like Google (GOOGL) and The Trade Desk (TTD), as well as competition for access to premium video ad inventory from players such as Magnite (MGNI) and PubMatic (PUBM), its profitability compares favorably to adtech peers and he anticipates Tremor can maintain about 40% adjusted EBITDA margins, Egbert tells investors.

Cyteir Therapeutics initiated with an Outperform at Wedbush 07:38 CYT Wedbush analyst Robert Driscoll initiated coverage of Cyteir Therapeutics with an Outperform rating and $40 price target. The analyst highlights that Cyteir's lead program CYT-0851 inhibits a critical DNA repair pathway, homologous recombination, and is designed to exploit the key dependence of cancer cells on this pathway. Driscoll believes the clinical data generated thus far indicate significant potential for CYT-0851 as monotherapy across a wide variety of tumor types. Moreover, he expects Cyteir to leverage the wide therapeutic index demonstrated to date to broaden clinical development in combination with standard of care chemotherapies and targeted agents such as PARP inhibitors, allowing significant potential upside in earlier settings and additional tumor types.

    Rolling blackouts you mean?
We need to keep an eye on the national weather charts Stoney.

The Fed's gonna have to act soon.
You are 100% right about what you said... in essence... "once they raise the price of crab cakes to $30, they're not coming back". I couldn't agree more.
The only thing that jumps around is energy really. Lumber has backed off a little too.

But this heat is a matter of concern. As long as it stays on the coasts its ok, but if manifests over the plain states, we're in big trouble. Temps in the triple digits for a few weeks, it'll be catastrophic to our economy.

  9. Interesting story here with two GBA stocks. IONS I have owned on and off over theyears probably eight times! Out now. BCYC is from the last thread.

Ionis Pharmaceuticals enters exclusive licensing pact with Bicycle Therapeutics 07:10 IONS, BCYC Ionis Pharmaceuticals (IONS) announced that it has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Bicycle Therapeutics (BCYC) to increase the delivery capabilities of Ionis' advanced LIgand Conjugated Antisense, or LICA, medicines. The agreement provides Ionis exclusive access to Bicycle's proprietary macrocyclic peptides, referred to as Bicycles, to design LICAs that target transferrin receptor 1 for use with oligonucleotides. This LICA strategy has demonstrated both the improved delivery of antisense medicines to muscle tissue, including cardiac muscle, as well as the potential to cross the blood brain barrier. Under terms of the agreement, Ionis obtained an exclusive license to Bicycle's technology covering the entire class of transferrin receptor 1 Bicycles for use in targeted delivery of oligonucleotide drugs. Ionis made a $45M upfront payment to Bicycle which included a license fee, an option fee, and an $11M equity investment in Bicycle. Bicycle will be eligible to earn development and regulatory milestone payments on a program-by-program basis and royalties on product sales.

We're getting ready to flip the page on the Phantasma to 666 Stoney. I saw the Dow a split second before the close yesterday, I mean like 1/2 second, and it was right at 35,000.00

    Is this a sign Stoney?

Someone here posted some religious thread and it was the longest thread in ET history I think. Basically it had like 800 signs the end is near.

    Hmmmm.

    You know what I say?

    BTFD.
