Short interest is 18% of the float as of 6/24. If it starts moving up, it might gain some momentum. Ton of insider sales recently. Insider Buying (Last 12 Months): $0.00 Insider Selling (Last 12 Months): $30,800,439.86 Those were all this quarter. Tough call on this one, I'd wait till it starts up on some volume though, play the squeeze. I say buy it, with a stop below $20.
