By the way a Hedge Fund guy that reads this thread (yes we have a few) reminded me that indeed there was a correction is just the time periods we have been discussing- Big Cap tech! I have one portfolio that is only mid and large cap tech and it went from a value of $90,000 to near $70,000. Indeed just when I worried about stocks there was a correction. The commodity trade and reflation and reopening trades muddled this up as overall averages held steady. Under the covers not so healthy. Now what? Can tech regain it's rightful place or will everything turn down? Slower growth as reflected by the bond market has me leaning towards everything down. But infrastructure bill looks like it might be on track... Earnings will be key. There is always the argument that we are growing into our PE-- by not moving so many months the S&P is probably at a PE of 19.
