The analyst sees the company as a beneficiary of the expanding commercial use of social media and recommends small-cap growth investors build a position in the name. Despite three quarters of accelerating fundamentals and fiscal 2021 growth expectations that are six points higher than entering the year, Sprout Social's valuation remains in-line with levels six months ago, which creates an attractive risk/reward profile, Jeffries says. Under the deal, a joint venture between funds managed by the two companies will pay Extended Stay shareholders a total of $20.50 per share, up from a previous offer of $19.50 per share in March. "The $20.50 per paired share consideration represents the Blackstone/Starwood Capital joint venture's best and final offer," the companies said in a statement. The new bid comes a week after ISS said the deal terms of the previous $6 billion offer did not appear to be sufficiently compelling. found it way back when I was searching for low price sustainability stocks. but it was around the time when all the sustainability stuff had topped and were dropping and so I wasn't pursuing leads that much... I remember looking at the website and thinking, god what an eyesore. but what I liked about it was it had a sustainability bent but seemed practical, like money in it right away, and not some future dream stuff. but. anyway. who would have guessed they'd buy some dam thing that would make it go crazy.
