  1. Van do you like my new online personality? I am hunting for bottoms now.

AGFY my vertical pot farming is a bottom hunt. Now Berkley lights<-- Misunderstood and mispriced. One of my favorite funds about ten years ago was this one I fell into I can't remember why the Behaviorial Undiscovered Managers fund? Something close to that it was a behavior fund if a stk is punished horribly that fund was apt to pick it up.. and it bought lots of out of favor stuff. I still have it actually but the great gains are no longer there. I think it changed managers. (Chase product)

The market is stalled out. We cannot chase performance we will get whipsawed.

    • A main concern through the month was inflation.
    • The April consumer price index, which came out in the middle of the month, showed a headline gain of 4.2% year over year, the highest level since 2008. The core CPI, ex food and energy, came in with a 3% annual rate.
    • The Fed's preferred inflation gauge, the core personal consumption expenditures price index, was at 3.1% for April, the most since 1992.

    • While Colonial Pipeline CEO Joseph Blount confirmed paying the ransom, he didn't comment on a prior Bloomberg report that DarkSide did provide a decrypting tool but it worked so slowly that Colonial still had to rely on restoring its own backups.
    • According to security firm Sophos' annual ransomware survey, on average only about 65% of the encrypted data was restored after a company paid the ransom. Only about 8% of the companies that pay are able to restore all of the encrypted information.
    • The low success rate is why many law enforcement agencies recommend against paying a ransom, and why many companies don't bother even trying. Ireland's national healthcare system, HSE, was recently hit by ransomware group Conti, which realized its mistake in hitting a government agency and provided the decrypting tool for free after HSE refused to pay. Conti's tool was so slow HSE ended up turning to cybersecurity firm Emsisoft to use their twice as fast decryptor.
    • Part of the new U.S. cybersecurity directive for critical pipeline companies requires those companies to immediately report cybersecurity breaches or suspected breaches to the government's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. The reporting would open up more resources to the attacked pipeline, but the quick action would also dissuade pipeline's from paying ransom.
    • Energy, gas, and pipeline companies are the most likely to pay up due to the high cost of disruption, according to the Sophos survey. But payments don't actually help restore much of the encrypted information, and continuing and high-profile ransom payments could make the industry vulnerable to further attacks.
    • Stock ties: Cybersecurity company FireEye's (NASDAQ:FEYE) Mandiant incident response division stepped in early to help investigate the Colonial Pipeline breach.
    Emsisoft?

  5. I grow some of that in my closet got a machine working 24/7. It produces one token overnight and consumes enough energy to light up a small town. My electric bill is now $1,050.00 a month. Each token is priced to the night before so when i wake up i am down thousands off the bat. I then quickly use these tokens at Shake Shack.

So the idea is a Shake Shake Crypto.. Two "S's" on the token but it can't look Nazi.

On May 18, Iovance disclosed that the FDA responded to the company regarding potential potency assay issues. To move forward, the FDA requested additional potency assay data for the Lifi approval for advanced melanoma.

In response, Iovance intends to send the FDA what the agency required. Moreover, the firm will meet with the FDA in 2H2021. Due to the assay setback, Iovance projected that the Biologic License Application (i.e., BLA) submission of Lifi will occur in 1H2022.

  8. CEO Resignation
Adding further injury to the insult, Iovance subsequently filed with the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) that the President and CEO (Maria Fardis, PhD) resigned on May 18th. Based on the filing, Dr. Fardis is pursuing other opportunities. Consequently, Iovance is immediately searching for a successor. In the meantime, the company appointed Frederic Vogt, Ph.D. as the interim President/CEO. This is quite intriguing because Mr. Vogt is the company's General Counsel.

    YIKES!!!

Did Cathie Wood's ETF (Ark Invest) - the plus 12% owner of Iovance - have a say in CEO, Dr. Fardis exit?

Just very strange to have a CEO leave and then the very next day good news? Someone walked the plank here...

The very next day two abstracts were submitted for ASCO 2021. Notably, Iovance published what is extremely robust data for the Lifi combo with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) for patients afflicted by the deadly skin cancer, advanced melanoma. These patients are also immune checkpoint inhibitor (i.e., ICI) naive. As such, they have not received either Keytruda or other ICI.

Interestingly, the Lifi combo posted an 86% overall response rate (ORR) for Cohort 1A of the IOV-COM-202 Study. Remarkably, that's a nearly three-fold improvement over the 33% ORR for the Keytruda treatment alone.>>>>>>
