Big time case Epic makes final pitch in Apple 'App Store' case, CNET writes 18:03 AAPL Apple's dominance in the smartphone market "has made it a monopolist, " argued Fortnite maker Epic Games in an antitrust suit while Apple says "says Epic just wants a free ride on its innovative technology," wrote CNET's Ian Sherr. "The two tech giants made their final pitches to US District Court Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers Monday, who peppered them with questions undercutting each of their arguments as she sought answers to some of the toughest antitrust questions the tech industry has faced in years," wrote CNET's Sherr.
fi I keep little flash cards of stocks of interest and April 29 a guy I know bought some on my late night recommendation (well your recommendation )and as I remember he paid almost $5. It looked really good at the time it then crapped out steady downtrend. He asked me to do a chart read for him as a way of pressuring me for coming up with the idea in the first place.. Which of course I didn't but we are all a big family here. Nice 2 mil vol today Van !!! Going back to Dec of 2020 there s a huge shelf to get through. About a dollar higher. The problem may be that lower low though... Or is it a double bottom... all of this is in the eye of the beholder. Recent downtrend did stop at $3.48 so you absolutely nailed that bottom area.~si
MAJOR GUMMY POSSIBILITIES Clene Inc. (CLNN)- I am a biotech Nano Particles// I raised money in a pipe at $9.60 to outside investors and I have that big insider buy,,,, NasdaqGS - NasdaqGS Real Time Price. Currency in USD 8.91-0.72 (-7.48%) At close: 4:00PM EDT $9.63 +0.72 (8.08%)<--------
In connection with its planned efforts to expand its manufacturing capacity, Clene entered into a Loan and Security Agreement with Avenue Venture Opportunities Fund, L.P. GMVHF Entain $22.98 +1.675 (+7.86%) No Volume compared to yours Van. Seems to move in sync though which is interesting to me. My theory here is that MGM will buy this company. In the end I think it moves an lot more than ELYS but we shall see. I got crap foreign coverage and no volume.. basically hoping for a buyout. I may of paid $20. I've had it for a bit. Bought with MGM.
I thought you put NOG in. Northern Oil & Gas.> You need oil and or steel and or gold. Wood or fake wood (Azek just dropped secondary announcement today) And some banks. Another European name, more reopening plays (IMAX) & travel- hotel and or time share. Remodeling plays. - looks tight for Granny! Maybe she'd like an electric car idea?
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL)= itchin' to move big time. Earn out quite soon! NasdaqGS - NasdaqGS Real Time Price. Currency in USD 160.90+0.53 (+0.33%) At close: 4:00PM EDT 162.99 +2.09 (1.30%)
CBRL will be interesting. On one hand its gonna be busy as all get out this summer as folks hit the road, but on the other hand, rising food and labor costs may force them to taper their outlook. Personally, I look at the announcement that they will start selling alcohol as a canary in the coal mine in a way. They must need the higher margin sales. It's a family restaurant for god sake, next to interstates! I mean come on, none of the big chain interstate plays like Pilot or Flying J sell beer. For a good reason. "Hey lets go toss back a few over a breakfast of biscuits and gravy at the Cracker Barrel on our way down to Disney. Mom... you got the keys." Stupid. Verdicts out on this one. Historically it sells off on earnings, and when it doesn't there's a substantial increase in volume leading up to the report. Where's the growth btw? How many new stores? Net margins sucked before our "transitory" inflation, how will they look going forward? Organic comps will come in strong I suspect... but I have a feeling this one might have a few fleas somewhere that the analysts won't like. Of course digital sales will come in off the charts. That's always good for a pre-market pop, but those digital sales don't help sell all the square footage of useless junk trinkets they sell however. Wasted space and overhead in the digital world imo. It should have run some more by now, albeit a nice (dead cat?) bounce off $150. Options show about a 7% straddle. Granny says... "Don't touch it... Something's rotten in Lebanon. Cracker Barrel selling booze is like Chik-Fil-A selling booze". ***** If they were smart though, they'd announce a partnership with Blink and start installing EV chargers.
