  4. As part of this expansion of the franchise, today Ubisoft unveiled Tom Clancy’s The Division® Heartland, a brand-new free-to-play game set in the universe of The Division. Development is being led by Red Storm Entertainment, a studio with close ties to the Tom Clancy licenses, who have also worked on The Division and The Division 2. The Division Heartland will be a stand-alone experience available on PC, console and cloud platforms in 2021-22. Ubisoft also announced plans to take The Division franchise to mobile, bringing the universe to an even wider audience. More details on this project will come at a later date.

Well, they did the registration on 3/11 to be fair, but either way... whatever that drug is, Reproxalap, the insiders must be pretty confident in its commercialization.

Oh and speaking of shelf registrations, your REED didn't waste any time exploiting that big move the other day.

And they're right back where they started.

    Stoney....

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, there can be many reasons for an insider to sell their stock; houses, wives, medical bills, drugs, gambling... lots of reasons that in no way reflect negatively on the material condition of the company in question.

But there's only one reason they buy their stock.

They are expecting it to go up.

Those are substantial insider buys. I had to dig deeper and I now know more about dry eye disease than most.

I looked up a lot of big words, I got on Wiki, I got on the FDA's site. The top treatment for this stuff is called Xiidra (lifitegrast). I looked at its history. Small bio-tech, bought by Shire, who got bought by Takeda. Shire owned it when it got FDA approval. The stock jumped 5%, but they were a huge company.
    Here's the news:

    https://www.investors.com/news/tech...-as-eye-drug-wins-early-approval-broad-label/

The drug's annual sales at the time were forecast to be north of a billion/year.

But the story gets even better... in 2019 Novartis bought Xiidra from Takeda for (and get this)... $5.3 Billion!
    This news:

    https://eyewire.news/articles/novar...on-of-xiidra-bolstering-ophthalmic-portfolio/

    For one drug!

ALDX is a tiny biotech Stoney.
And they are in phase III with great results.
This drug works better than anything out there, and its gonna get approved.

Now we know why there has been $46 million dollars of insider buys in the last 12 months.

Kinda brings "tears to your eyes" eh Stoney?

    It closed at $12.05
    Buy it Stoney.
    $ALDX
    $12

  8. Drive Shack reports Q1 EPS (15c), consensus (14c) 06:55 DS Reports Q1 revenue $61.1M, consensus $61.41M. "2021 is off to a strong start for the year given the performance in both our Drive Shack and American Golf businesses this quarter. We are extremely pleased with our first quarter progress as our results demonstrate impressive momentum in the golf and entertainment sector with nearly a full recovery from the walk-in sales side of our business. Our strong results validate our team's ability to adapt to the constant changes as well as the wants and needs of our guests," said CEO Hana Khouri. "Total walk-in revenue for the quarter at our Drive Shack venues was 96% of last year's Q1 levels, the highest we have seen since the onset of the pandemic. We delivered our third consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA, which increased $7.4M to $2.7M this quarter compared to the same quarter last year and continues to be positively impacted by our relentless focus on revenue driving initiatives and continued expense control discipline. The entire organization remains centered on our 2021 strategic priorities to drive growth and profitability, including the launch and expansion of Puttery. We recently announced our third location in Penn Quarter, Washington DC's premier entertainment zone, and our plans remain on track to debut our first two Puttery venues in Dallas and Charlotte this summer. We are energized by the robust pipeline of potential sites we are pursuing in multiple key markets and we look forward to sharing future Puttery locations with you as we finalize new leases. We believe 2021 will be an instrumental year for us as we advance our growth priorities throughout the year and beyond."

Dropbox had a very nice report. I would be a buyer of Dropbox I think.

  10. Wrap Technologies: BolaWrap de-escalates 'volatile' situation in Pennsylvania 12:09

WRAP Wrap Technologies released new bodycam footage of a successful BolaWrap deployment in Pennsylvania. On April 15, 2021, Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a call from a local motel of a guest previously reported as being disruptive and behaving erratically. Motel staff requested police to remove the guest from the property. "The BolaWrap deployment immediately de-escalated the situation and brought the subject down from an agitated state to one where she questioned what struck her, giving the officer time to move in and safely take her into custody," said Chief David Lash of NYCRPD. "We didn't have to use any weapons that rely on pain compliance. In this video, it's important to note that you never hear the subject say 'ouch' or scream pain - she had no injuries from the BolaWrap. We were able to take her into custody with no pain to her, no injury to the officers, and no need for decontamination or anything else that would have resulted from using another tool. "We don't consider the BolaWrap as a use-of-force. It is a remote restraint device - another method of taking someone into custody without using force. On our use-of-force continuum, the BolaWrap is deployed before force even begins,"
