Well I put on my grown up clothes and go to the bank and try not to look suspicious as I transfer a huge amount from one acct to the other...
I live my life ever aware of scams and fraud. I'm good at poking holes in things that are too good to be true. I don't ever over extend or attempt to be tricky. Never use leverage or even options. And yet as I sit here I have a very dark thought... what if Van works for the IRA! I mean IRS! It's so John Malkavitch -! Van sitting in his IRS office generated $600,000 in xtra gains to be taxed!!! And he did it by stringing along a poor soul named the stonedinvestor! Just egged him on. Winner after winner after winner... Ka-Ching for Uncle Sam. each and every one.
I had to have a therapy session. I kid you not my wife she did a bunch of these online head shrinking adventures to the the tune of $6K!!! And I'm not sure if the Dr is accredited I doubt it... self help world being what it is so it''s not a medical deduction it's a feel good about myself tell me what I want to hear deduction. But still a business expense! She has her guru and I have mine..
It really is time to move to Nevis. If only I didn't have this ear wax problem. I just want to move to a tax haven. Not Florida. Better. Nevis is the place. But the smoke it's a problem -where will I get it st Kitts? Boat it over? Just sounds dangerous. Getting Fed Ex package after Fed Ex package too much stress. Obviously will have to grow some myself... but that takes time... Oh the things we think about. Finally legal in NY! I can't leave now! I could at some point move out to Fire Island for most of the year and be a hermit but that's not fun. I like people I like to eat out. I like rum punches. And people singing off key. The dog that's another problem.
It's Called Russian Dressing! Court says Dennis Perry can't sue Kraft Heinz over 'Mayochup,' Reuters says 17:36 KHC The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined that a man who created a blend of ketchup and mayonnaise he referred to as "Metchup" is not able to sue Kraft Heinz for selling a similar product known as "Mayochup," but ordered reconsideration of whether to cancel the main's trademark registration, Reuters' Jonathan Stempel reports. The court said there was little chance people would confuse Mayochup with Metchup, which is sold in the lobby of Dennis Perry's nine-room Star Motel in Louisiana, Stempel notes. The three-judge court, however, said that the company had not met its "heavy burden" to prove that Perry abandoned his Metchup trademark, citing the man's testimony that he hoped to improve the condiment's packaging and sell millions of bottles, the author notes.
