I get sick of clicking on Form-4's to see what's up only to see: " and certain of those shares were automatically sold to cover required tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of the shares on each of those dates. All the foregoing transactions were conducted in compliance with the Reporting Person's preexisting Rule 10b5-1 trading plan." Between that and the classic: "these shares were sold under a pre-determined compensation plan" -- blah blah blah It makes genuine insider sales, ones worth noting, time consuming to spot.
