Host Hotels price target raised to $21 from $16 at Barclays 06:38 HST Barclays analyst Anthony Powell raised the firm's price target on Host Hotels & Resorts to $21 from $16 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Host's acquisition of the Hyatt Regency Austin at a "favorable" price and in a market with "attractive" long-term growth fundamentals supports the positive thesis on the stock, Powell tells investors in a research note. Host was likely one of the few lodging real estate investment trusts in a position to acquire the asset and opportunities like this at such pricing may be rare, says the analyst
