    Stoney.....

I'm pulling the plug on SNAP for now.

ANYONE WHO READS THIS OR HAS FOLLOWED THIS THREAD>>>> HEADS UP.

I have written it will hit the low forties prior to earnings.
That may happen with the earnings report.

My experience has shown me gaps always get filled.
I do NOT like that gap after last Q's earnings.

    To me it looms large.

Make no mistake, I still love the stock, and there is no doubt in my mind that it'll be a steady eddie long term climber.

$70 easy by this time next year.
    Oh how boring right?
    Whatever on that.

Its come too far too fast however; albeit a good reason for that.

    ITS A GREAT STOCK.

But this particular earnings report in it's timeline is dangerous.

    They will smash the numbers.
    Top line/bottom line/daily users.....

    Read that again.

    They will kill the numbers.

Just hold off and buy the dip.
If it gaps up and stays.... well.... then we all know it is a super stock.
Wait for a market correction then.
    Then buy.

I want a pullback though. At least to $39-$44 ish.

edit... pardon the typo's, left my glasses elsewhere.
I think i got em all corrected though.

    1. I am already a proud OPKO stock owner. I was ready to sell when it went up 10% but you are bullish on it long term. I also noticed it was holding steady this week. I was having trouble sleeping Thursday at 4am-ish and so checked the stocks and it was a real bloodbath at that time. OPKO and Novavax were solid though.

    2. ok you don't like Nokia, but I'm watching it curious what happens when WSB pulls out of that stuff. Do prices of those stocks drop to steep discounts or just plug along in a weird hinterland.

    3. congrats on the birthday. sounds like one to remember.

  3. Supreme Cannabis upgraded to Buy from Hold at Stifel 07:43 SPRWF Stifel GMP analyst Andrew Partheniou upgraded Supreme Cannabis to Buy from Hold with a price target of C$0.20, up from C$0.15, upon resuming coverage following the company's equity financing. The company has "regained its footing" in the recreational market and now has a balance sheet with flexibility to pursue strategic growth initiatives along with "a right-sized operating profile" that should allow for sustainable profitability, the analyst tells investors.

Normally I wouldn't mention such a cheapo stk but they have a good name and Stifel providing coverage is of interest...

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE... VAN-- I'M SORRY I'M HAVING TROUBLE READING THIS MORNING DID YOU SAY GET OUT OF SNAP... I'll do what you say. My work is showing unlimited e commerce potential..... But is THIS more of a market call> ? Or technical analysis on SNAP itself? I think timing was just bad last week....

janes fingers crossed that Robin Hood types figure out OPK is a name to run! :fistbump:

Square benefited most from traders leaving Robinhood, says Mizuho
Mizuho analyst Dan Dolev says his survey of retail stock traders shows Square's (SQ) Cash App benefited most from last week's drama surrounding Robinhood's trading restrictions on stocks like GameStop (GME). Nearly 40% of the 80 survey respondents who switched to other retail trading apps said they shifted to Cash App, exceeding users leaving for other retail trading apps like Stash, Fidelity or TD Ameritrade, Dolev tells investors in a research note. Of those who switched to Cash App, about one-third were net new users, and nearly three-quarters expressed interest in additional products such as bitcoin and Cash Card, adds the analyst. Dolev notes that nearly 50% of those who reported leaving Robinhood said they would consider returning at some point. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Square with a $300 price target.

  9. Oh Did I hook Up Van's Granny!

Sea Limited price target raised to $250 from $188 at Morgan Stanley 09:08 SE Morgan Stanley analyst Mark Goodridge raised the firm's price target on Sea Limited to $250 from $188 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares, noting that he has adjusted his 2022 EPS growth forecast to up 467% on the back of higher games revenue and increased e-commerce monetization. Sea has now become a "dominant player" in e-commerce and fintech and is "establishing itself as a Super App" in the ASEAN region, according to Goodridge. In addition, the company has entered the digital banking space by winning a digital banking license in Singapore and acquiring a controlling interest in a commercial bank in Indonesia, noted Goodridge, who currently values Sea's banking opportunity at $6.19 per share, or about $4B, but could see this rise to $90 per share in "a blue sky scenario."
