Investing in defense is troubling now-- I have different thoughts here... on the big boys I think they will shuffle the deck chairs and laugh at Frump, they ought to be able to push out some contracts and make it look like they are 6% less.. when the contract is still there.. so there will be zero $'s really being saved it will be a magic trick and as such we could probably shop in this sector soon.
