  2. The 7% mortgage is bad news for the economy. It stops new home purchases & ensures folks with a 4% mortgage never put their homes up for sale.

So prices remain stable because no new homes being put out there but any supply now will languish... unless we see a rapid drop we are at the end game for housing and related stocks.

  3. Boy CES epic fail this year. This does not reflect well on Ai at all.

No excitement no hype.. no Ai we really want. I had some nerd at the bar saying you don't understand you will talk to your computer and it will be faster.. No I will certainly not you idiot. If you ever see me talking to my compute or phone it's because I have lost a large bet.

My wife does that talk in the phone to text and I hate it! Drives me crazy.. just feakin' type you lazy fucks.

Amazon's self-driving company Zoox is testing its autonomous vehicle near its headquarters in Foster City, Calif.

    At least it's not ugly.

    Circular Ring 2
In the growing smart ring category, the Circular Ring 2stands out for its ability to take an ECG and detect atrial fibrillation (AFib) right from your finger, features that are not available on the Oura Ring 4or the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Circular says the FDA has cleared its AFib detection algorithm. Its second-gen smart ring pairs with a redesigned companion app, which features an AI assistant named Kira to help interpret your data and offer meaningful advice to improve your health. The Circular Ring 2 also streamlines the usually cumbersome process of ordering a smart ring, making it fully digital: Its companion app helps you figure out your ring size without requiring you to try on physical samples. Expected to launch in February or March for $380, the Circular Ring 2 is slightly more expensive than the Oura Ring 4 ($349),

    LG G5 OLED TV

Of all the TVs we've seen this year at CES, the LG G5 OLED looks the best—literally. Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) technology powers the highest-quality screens on the market, and our experts agree that this LG is the official Best of CES winner for TV picture quality in 2025. LG says it's 40% brighter and has better contrast in bright lighting than its predecessor, theG4, which was one of the best TVs of 2024. LG improved the remote and kept the sleek gallery design for an almost all-picture look. The company's M4 wireless TV has the same image quality but will be a lot more expensive because it uses wireless connection technology that most buyers don't need.—

  7. People have been asking me about Jimmy Carter. 99% of the people out there have the wrong opinion of Carter. He was alot tougher than people think.

Jimmy's father was an angry white supreme type- very anti-Black & Jimmy's mom worked at the only Hospital in town that served Black folk. That mix created a very interesting human being.

  8. I don't think CES is important enough to take down the sector but Boy did Ai strike out.
