Who would buy this thing? In the real world Stoney, people buy businesses at fair to cheap valuations. If you bought every share of this stock, with their current flat to no growth in the foreseeable future.... here ya go: They have 40MM shares outstanding... even if THEY TRIPLE their eps forecast... say they make a whole dime per share... which isn't happening, but just say.... ---they have an enterprise value of $79MM .... You are making $4M/ year if you own every share. That means just under 20 years to see a return. Buying the S&P and assuming a 7.2% annual return+/-, $100,000 would be $400,000 in 20 years. Now with all that said, I'm sure tomorrow some SA writer will post a super-pimp article about how well they beat. Idiots will buy, it'll go to $$2.39.... and we'll get a classic Stoney "Up 18%" post. And to your credit, if you can profit off of the simple minded ones, why not? Just take the fast money however. Because with no growth, and razor thin margins already, in the real world where real people buy real businesses, this thing would bring $0.35/share--->TIPPY-TOPS. SAND---> $2 What was it you said? "We do research every day."
