In casual dining I believe Chilis is killing it. I have never been to one. Bread sticks stuffed with cheese take a selfie yea that's alot of cheese but people seem to really like it. Up 125 % in a year Brinker who owns Chili's. Wonder if the same formula won't unlock Texas Roadhouse when beef prices hopefully come down. I think the traffic flow measures are on par with Chili it's the food cost that is holding Roadhouse back...
