I knew a couple that owned one, they do pretty well. I'm pretty sure they have quite a bit of leeway on their prices of some things, but shipping costs are 100% set by UPS. Stuff like getting a document notarized, making copies, selling scotch-tape etc... that's where they're allowed to juice people.
I thought about taking a position on that one yesterday for earnings, I couldn't get a good feel for it. Chart looks ok, but I think AI will put the title insurance industry out of business. Or a big portion of it.
