Banks make fortunes because they either (or both): Underwrote the IPO and made huge fees. Held IPO shares. Bankers are "over the moon" on nearly all IPOs. None of this helps investors or traders of the publicly-traded stock.

You know fortune 500 co's are using them. You know they are sticky. Don't sit around and bitch. Be proactive. Seemed like you want to portray the co as shady when I don't think that at all.
