Van is a BS'er and a paper trader although I love him dearly. Just ignore what he says. This DiamondRock Hospitality is actually the 6th largest hotel REIT and I don't know them. At all. I do see all of 33 employees and like a Billion rev... That would seem very hard to pull off... do they offload all the management of the hotels? This is extremely efficient, how could they not make their dividend payment... Lets research this later today!
