NEW YORK (AP) — As stocks tanked on tariff fears, Marjorie Taylor Greene showed her faith in the president not just with words but dollar bills.

The Republican congresswoman, an avid supporter of the Trump administration's trade policies, not only bought stocks last week as others dumped them in a panic — she scooped up some of the biggest losers.

Lululemon, Dell Computer, Amazon, the parent of Restoration Hardware and a few others hit hard by Trump's tariff threats were down 40% on average late last week when she pounced..”

  3. Update 10:15 AM ET: Adds analyst comments

Smartphones, computers and other electronics will be exempted from President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariffs, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection said on Friday.

The exclusions, applicable to smartphones, laptops, computers, semiconductors, memory chips, flat panel TV displays, solar cells, hard drives, provide some relieffrom Trump's 125% tariffs on China and 10% baseline tariffs on nearly every other country.

The guidance should also provide some respite to smartphone manufacturers like Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Samsung and chip major Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (NYSE:TSM).

This may be enough to get a bump Monday but not a roar.

Drips and drabs of good info... to be followed by a big let down.
That is the most likely set up.

  7. It started with those planes touching wings. Then the helicopter crash we just had West Side. I heard some Congressmen were in a plane that also got struck on the runway. Delta then had a snafu in which people heading to Atlanta were diverted to a small airport and had to stay all night on the planes.

It always happens. When I fly.
