Stoney why did you leave before the Liberation Day party? Everyone sat around the TV and sang songs! Failing Nasidaq Failing Nasidaq Failing Nasidaq, prospero ano y felicidad
Hey Stoney. How's that "capitulation" working out? I don't have time to read 12 pages of your posts today... but don't tell me, lemmee guess... I have my psychic hat on.... I bet when the indexes exploded up today you made a post about "close the position." You do this all the time. Right before a major market moving event. Fed decisions etc. And then if you're right... you go on and on. If you're wrong, we don't hear boo. Here's the thing though.... your 3 or 4 posts (or however many) about how great you are calling a bottom... they all had the word "capitulation" in them. By definition, "capitulation is the ultimate bottom no? And what did I tell you? The bottom wasn't in. I gave you a number. Next time listen. But whatever. I like you Stoney. In real life, we'd be buds. 100% sure.
Well I just breezed thru today's posts. I only needed two pages to come up with these gems... Feel stupid enough now? Ya know there are verses in Scriptures that cover fools and what they say. You should read The Book sometime. Perhaps you wouldn't come off as such a clown... at least here on the internet. ~case closed
Goooood Morning! Replacement Day Do You still have your job? Tariffs a big whiff nothing on oil nothing on lumber nothing on semi's I would say this is a huge gaff. Everyone knows how to bargain now. Frankly I would cut off all lumber exports to this country all semi's and all oil and see how we react! I thought Canada came out well and Mexico. The rest is just noise. We will get a good chance today to buy some of the stocks we have recently upgraded. I have SNOW very much in mind. And a few others.
It's great to have a big pile of cash! These S&P options the last few days have really really helped. I sold off all but a few so GBA is in a good place and buying today. Unfortunately my tax bill is going to take a good deal of my fire power away.
In general everyone is exposed to a recession but which stocks are most exposed to these tariffs? It's tough to say. China may still respond in some manner. And Europe.
