I thought the "old" boilers provided radiant heat via those cast iron things in a room, or is it one that pumps hot water to individual air handlers that blow air?

You said you're getting cold air so I assume you have air handlers. Go down and make sure you're getting power to the boiler unit. You had all that rain, you may have gotten some water intrusion in your electrical panel depending on where its located; it may have just popped a breaker when it cycled on/off if it worked for a bit.

There's a great kid's story.. a outdated steam tractor that becomes a boiler... I used to read that to mt kid... A big red metal thing & an oil tank next door and somehow heat.

Veteran Japan Investor Takes Out Full-Page Ads to Warn of Bubble
    Mon, September 27, 2021, 1:53 AM

(Bloomberg) -- A legendary figure in Japan’s equity markets warned of a bubble caused by excess liquidity in a series of full-page advertisements printed in Japan’s broadsheets on Monday.

Atsuto Sawakami, who set up Japan’s first low-cost mutual fund and helped to promote long-term investing in local stocks, published the advertisements in newspapers including the Nikkei and the Asahi.

“The collapse of the bubble is just a matter of time,” one of the ads said, which carried Sawakami’s name and that of the firm he founded, Sawakami Asset Management Inc. “The time to act is now. Get as far away as possible from this growing, epic bubble.”

Another warned of the long-term impact of zero interest rates and monetary easing, saying low-cost financing made businesses slack off and reduced investors’ risk awareness. They encouraged investors to invest for the long-term to reduce the damage they face. The ads come as Japan’s stock markets enjoy their best run in months, with the Nikkei 225 Stock Average and the broader Topix index the best-performing equity markets in the world so far this month.

Sawakami, 74, the former Japan head of what is now Pictet Asset Management Japan, helped pioneer mutual funds sold directly to individuals. His son Ryo now heads the firm he founded, which had more 360 billion yen ($3.3 billion) in assets under management as of Sept. 24, according to its website, with about 91% of assets in domestic stocks.

  7. iPower sees FY22 organic revenue growth 'at least' 25%, consensus $68.35M 16:05 IPW iPower CFO Kevin Vassily added, "As we look toward fiscal 2022, we expect a continued robust demand environment. Historically, our organic revenue growth has ranged between 25-35%, excluding the extraordinary year of fiscal 2020 that benefited from COVID-19 stay-at-home mandates. Hydroponic industry growth at-large appears to be moderating, however, our unique eCommerce model has enabled us to consistently outpace the industry. Given our extensive proprietary SKU introductions over the last six months, we expect to continue outpacing the industry going forward with organic revenue growth of at least 25% in fiscal 2022. From a profitability perspective, the cost environment has been more volatile with increased container and product input costs. While we plan to offset some of these costs, we nonetheless believe it is prudent to avoid forecasting exact margin targets until the global supply chain becomes more stable. That said, we are planning a meaningful number of new in-house product introductions, including our own nutrients brand, which we expect will provide margin support during this volatile period. We remain in the early stages of capitalizing on our unique approach to hydroponic eCommerce sales and look forward to another year of strong execution ahead."
