I have a few rules to spotting the end of the beginning as it were... One is when my brother-in-law tries to patch me into a gloom and doom tech guy on the phone... And one is when we start hearing about so and so stock being of good buy for "It's' real estate" Which came up in Kohls and has since spread to Macy's and Nordstrums etc. Do you know who has the most real estate Van> Well maybe not the most but a damn lot... Disney. I'm not a Disney guy /I am against a lot of what they are for.. I would never be caught dead at one of their parks But hey you want to value off real estate, they have alot. SHOULD WE CONSIDER DISNEY?
I actually pointed Disney out this morning to @ElCubano to get in at $131. It closed at $137. Hey for real though, on Bery.... they have over $9B of debt. Know what that does to earnings in rising rate environment? They start issuing shares and secured debt. Dilutes the stock. Its had its run. I mean the upside just isn't worth the risk.
