I had to look up the parka. Speaking of Dexter... where'd they get these models? They need to work on that. Hey Stoney... tell me you don't own a Scotty Vest too. They advertise all the time, someone buys them. Dumbest geeky thing I've ever seen. Who would wear one of those?!
Seasonal Disorder -Yup I have it> Every year. For me it is usually a Spring Sickness... usually around taxes in April but it's coming late this year. Ok I have not had a vacation since this dog. I mean I had one or two when one friend we knew could live with him but he's got his own dog now and my guy has balls so not so good-- he's a Pitt... dangerous mix....I love Pitts but when they also growl and lunge... and now what-- who takes care of My Bacchus!. He's needy as heck and by he way HE"S THE REASON MY WIFE AND I DON"T HAVE SEX.. I think that's part of the problem here -this dog he's so big and he sleeps between us. And this dog is so needy I can't go on vacation. He has to be watched or he eats leather items no mater how expensive. Whole purses. Addicted to leather. and loses his bowls crazy afterwards ok?- Just happened.. and you better use a newspaper then... Who's wiling to do this... he barks LOUD...You have to scream lie down or GET UNDER (the coffee table) he will bar bark bark bark and we will get us reported to our building. Who will scream LIE DOWN DAMNIT; he will bite you, he gets funny around 4:00 pm it's not a real bite but he shakes his head violently when he grabs your wrist... you have to really go with the flow believe me; resist the slightest bit and you will be gashed open. Bad. Bacchus is soooo cute otherwise he is the most handsome boy in the world but you have to tell him that every ten minutes.
How did a beautiful quilted full length parka morph into a flying batwing? They cost about the same I know that... Gambling starts today in NYC! I don't know if I'm going to get into it or not... Made me think of Sinclair again and what they are up to-- Still $28 a year later-! Sinclair Broadcast Group(NASDAQ:SBGI)is nearing deals for its regional sports net subsidiary to carry the National Basketball Association thisyear, with the help of $600 million in financing. The loan - and the streaming rights deal - could be announced as soon as next week, Bloomberg reports. Sinclair's Diamond Sports Group, largely made up of the former Fox regional sports networks, would launch a streaming service later in the first half, expanding on its existing streaming service for regional subscribers, according to the report. That could help Diamond generate new earnings to put a dent in more than $8 billion of debt that originated with the 2019 transaction. While the debt has no maturities in the near future, it has traded at distressed levels as Diamond looked to negotiate streaming rights to a number of sports. The new streaming app will be financed with a super-priority first-lien loan from existing secured creditors, Bloomberg says. Sinclair isup 1.6%after hours and closed 7.6% higher. SBGI-$ 28.85

These are the 3 GBA endorses!!!
Caesars Entertainment (CZR)shares are up more than 3% to $89.62on Friday and havegained more than 14% over the past year. Boyd Gaming (BYD) is viewed favorably because even though 2022 estimates call for a 2% year-over-year decline in property EBITDA, it trades at roughly 7 times 2023 EBITDAR, despite the fact it owns roughly 85% of its real estate, and is set to generate more than $6 per share of free cash flow in 2022 and 2023, making it a "free cash flow machine." Politzer has a $94 price target on Boyd shares. Boyd shares areup 1.5% on Friday to trade at $64.24and have gained more than 36% over the past 12 months. Last, but not least, MGM Resorts (MGM) has the most exposure to the Strip, getting more than 60% of its EBITDAR from the region, which could be a positive given that the average occupancy hotel rates in the second half was 79%, roughly 12% below 2021 levels. Additionally, MGM, which Politzer has a $62 price target on, is likely to have $9.4 billion in cash on its balance sheet at the end of the year and could deploy some of that cash in attractive fashion. Lastly, 2023 estimates are seen as "conservative," and investor sentiment is still mixed. MGM (MGM) shares areup almost 1.5% to $44.95 and have gained more than 46% over the past 12 months.
