  1. Alpha Pro Tech call volume above normal and directionally bullish 13:25 APT Bullish option flow detected in Alpha Pro Tech with 8,928 calls trading, 1.5x expected, and implied vol increasing almost 6 points to 107.78%. We gave you all a great day trade here the other day on APT but yours truly was not involved... Whenever you get that nasty " You're Welcome " from me- That's me feeling left out... Now Van was kind enough to point out that APT gave it all back,,, which did make me feel a little bit better but here we are a second time getting an option alert on this name and I'm far from an expert but " 8 " calls being purchased in front of Earn when the stk has a $5 handle is ballsy....

    Van would bo better to explain- but something good is about to happen here... Buyout>?

    I'll look at Itron, I owned it off and years ago. It could never get out of its channel it seemed. I thought there was no way it wasn't going to the moon, the first and biggest in the smart utility meter biz, and the damn thing channeled forever. Got sick of it.

    Which stock did you post a few weeks back that you gave a guarantee on? That did catch my eye, the fact you were that sure about it, but I got sidetracked and forgot to look at it.

    Jefferies starts 'multi-year story' Grab with Buy, $10.50 target 08:36 GRAB Jefferies analyst Thomas Chong initiated coverage of Grab Holdings with a Buy rating and $10.50 price target. Grab is ranked number one in Southeast Asia in terms of market share across deliveries, mobility, and digital finance despite having less than 10 years of operations in mobility and five years in food delivery and financial services, Chong tells investors in a research note. The company has a diversified revenue base with no single country contributing over 35% of adjusted net revenue, adds the analyst. He sees "huge opportunities" in Southeast Asia in terms of user base and rising online penetration across different segments. Chong thinks Grab is a "multi-year story riding on" low online penetration.

  5. Which stock did you post a few weeks back that you gave a guarantee on? That did catch my eye, the fact you were that sure about it, but I got sidetracked and forgot to look at it.

    :D Oh what a loaded question. I know you are thinking it's been a rocky few weeks this guy probably got smoked... But No the stock is still where it was... and the stock is Quotient.

    QUOT... It comes with a stoney guarantee. I can do math. Simple math.

    Quotient expands media network at point of purchase with Redbox pact 12/14 QUOT, RDBX Quotient (QUOT) announced it has entered into a partnership with Redbox (RDBX) that expands its media network. Through this partnership, Quotient's media network will begin offering advertisers access to approximately 40,000 Redbox kiosks as well as over 2,000 large display screens on the top of select kiosks. The combination of Quotient's programmatic digital-out-of-home DOOH platform technology with Redbox's expansive kiosk reach with over 400 million estimated weekly retail impressions, gives advertisers new opportunities to serve ads to consumers at grocery and drug stores at a time when purchase intent is very high. In addition, Quotient is able to retarget audiences exposed to any Redbox screen on mobile and in-app display ads. This allows advertisers to engage with consumers on multiple touchpoints throughout their shopping journey. "Redbox is a leader in the entertainment ecosystem and we are thrilled to partner with them," said Steven Boal, CEO and Founder at Quotient. "Redbox's screens can be targeted through Quotient's DOOH DSP technology using our exclusive purchase data, intent data and location intelligence to reach consumers in contextual environments in the moments that matter." "Our collaboration with Quotient brings added value to our retail partners and brands by ensuring relevant and impactful messaging to consumers," said Galen Smith, CEO, Redbox. "We're excited to take this next step with Quotient, particularly on the heels of our digital video signage rollout on select kiosks."

    It may take a while for wall street to wake up... But 40,000 new potential outlets for advertising content to sell.... Ok the stock is $7 and you get 40,000 new opportunities... THIS NEWS HAS NOT BEEN FACTORED IN ONE BIT....

    Combine that with intense Insider Buying and you get a stoney guarantee***** Yes it's techy, yes it's small cap. No it will not matter in the long run.

  7. Regarding ITRI--

    I dug around abit and this is a case of bad management. They were severely affected by the chip shortage and the cars hogging all the semi's. Co didn't have a back up plan. Earn missed stock crushed.

    They have some other problems as well... The whole pandemic slowed down the installation of meters.

    Nov 8->
    Itron downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at Piper Sandler 11/08 ITRI Piper Sandler analyst Pearce Hammond downgraded Itron to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of $84, down from $90. The risk/reward to the firm's updated price target is not compelling, Hammond tells investors in a research note. Hammond says that the main headwind Itron faces is the semiconductor supply shortage, which should abate next year but the timing of which is uncertain, and prefers to move to the sidelines until there is better visibility on when estimates will move higher.

    Dec 20->
    Itron downgraded to Hold from Buy at Argus 12/20 ITRI Argus analyst John Eade downgraded Itron to Hold from Buy. The analyst still views the company as being well positioned for an economy focused on improved resource management and believes that it should also benefit over time from increased infrastructure spending. Eade notes however that the pandemic has slowed Itron orders and system deployments, while the "component constraints" are now affecting the company's revenue. Given these constraints and the more challenging revenue environment, the analyst is also reducing his FY21 EPS view on Itron by 3c to $1.22.

    Yesterday->
    Itron named 'contrarian, beaten-down' clean tech idea at Raymond James 06:21 ITRI Raymond James analyst Pavel Molchanov calls Itron a "contrarian, beaten-down" clean technology investment idea for 2022. Power grid modernization is a theme to which Itron is "uniquely leveraged among U.S.-listed companies," Molchanov tells investors in a research note. This is a "very far from a crowded trade" as the supply chain issues that hit the stock in August erased its earlier outperformance for the year, says the analyst. Meanwhile, the supply chain headwinds of 2021 are starting to dissipate, "heralding a back-end weighted revenue recovery in 2022," contends Molchanov. He believes the U.S. and European infrastructure initiatives "provide structural tailwinds" and notes Itron has "plenty of dry powder" for acquisitions in software. Molchanov reiterates a Strong Buy rating on the shares with a $98 price target.

  8. I take from this-
