GBA Presents: THE GREEN MARKET

  1. Packaging Advancement Of The Year Winner...

Arm & Hammer. You know how you put a baking soda in the fridge to soak up smells? And then you dump half out and keep it in for a year? Well now they have these special versions for the fridge that have sides that peel away and expose through a mesh all the soda! Genius and what's even smarter they have some wording about replacing each month not each year and you will see how yucky the white powder gets by exposing the side of the box. So in one fell swoop these guys improved their product's experience and effectiveness and increase the amounts of units sold... Bada Bing.!

They dropped almost 15% on the report.
    $1.91----> $1.62
    Somebody didn't like something.

I don't think so Stoney. It would cost them almost their entire market-cap to land her. The Nike contract is $55M for 5 years lol.

Did you take the Wagoneer for a spin in the snow?

20 facts you didn't know about the classic Wagoneer:

    Hahahahahaaha

It is so funny you bring that up.
I swear we must be telepathically connected.

I was watching something today and a commercial came on for new Milkbones lol.
    "Dipped Milkbones"
I thought to myself, at least our granny stock Smuckers is trying to innovate.

I swear, if that company ever kicks out the Smuckers family from their C-Suite in friggin Orville, OH and bring in a real Wall Street player to run the operation, that stock will be $200 overnight. That's the only reason I hold it.
They own more "real estate" in the likes of WMT, TGT, COST, etc with their dozen plus brand names of beloved consumer products than friggin Proctor & Gamble does.
You can't put a pricetag on that.

Get Bachus some dipped Milkbones Stoney and let me know how he likes them. I just bought a Sam's Club sized box of the regular ones so Muttley will have to wait for the new "dipped" Milkbones. That box will last till June at least. :D

  6. Dan Ives is pretty smart and he talks out of both sides of his mouth. Dan has a hit piece out on the market saying stay in cash for 2022 AND...

    • When it comes to specific companies in the cybersecurity industry, the analysts favorite picks for 2022 include Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS), CyberArk Software (NASDAQ:CYBR), Varonis Systems (NASDAQ:VRNS), Sailpoint Technologies Holdings (NYSE:SAIL) and Fortinet (NASDAQ:FTNT), all of which have outperform ratings on their shares.
    • Ives and Katsingris said Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ:PANW) and Tenable (NASDAQ:TENB) are their top two cybersecurity companies for next year, and also have outperform ratings on those stocks.
    Tenable? <------ Van

  8. Goldman did something really fun and constructive. They looked at companies with the widest difference of opinion by analysts... This is really clever and QUANT like... I'm not sure what the buy art is here but this is a good way to isolate both buy ideas and potential short ideas.

    • Momentum stocks and companies yet to turn a profit are featured in the list of where Wall Street analysts have the most disagreement.
    • "We find the companies whose future returns are hotly debated by screening for stocks with at least three analysts covering the stock where the standard deviation of consensus price targets is widest," Goldman Sachs chief U.S. equity strategist David Kostin writes in a note.
    • The list is composed of companies "in a variety of industries about equally split between goods-producing and service-providing," he says. "More than half are expected to be unprofitable in 2022 and trade at a premium valuation to the median Russell 1000 stock."
    • The top Russell 1000 (NYSEARCA:IWB) stocks with the widest variation in 12-month price targets are:
    1. GameStop (NYSE:GME), 3 estimates, standard deviation of PTs/mean PT 1.02
    2. NovoCure (NASDAQ:NVCR), 7, 0.53
    3. C3.ai (NYSE:AI), 9, 0.52<-------------*****
    4. Vroom (NASDAQ:VRM), 11, 0.51
    5. StoneCo (NASDAQ:STNE), 14, 0.5
    6. Paysafe (NYSE:PSFE), 9, 0.45
    7. Quidel (NASDAQ:QDEL), 4, 0.45
    8. Ionis Pharma (NASDAQ:IONS), 17, 0.45
    9. Virgin Galactic (NYSE:SPCE), 12, 0.44
    10. Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA), 34, 0.44
    11. ViaSat (NASDAQ:VSAT), 6, 0.43
    12. Iovance Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:IOVA), 13, 0.43<------------
    13. Texas Pacific Land (NYSE:TPL), 3, 0.43
    14. Moderna (NASDAQ:MRNA), 13, 0.41
    15. Everbridge (NASDAQ:EVBG), 13, 0.4

    • Shares of Cayman islands-based fintech StoneCo (NASDAQ:STNE) surged as much as 20% on Thursday following the company's move to hire a bank and a law firm for strategic alternatives.
    • STNE has since erased about half of those gains made earlier, though still up 9.3% on the day.
    • At the same time, STNE got downgraded to Neutral at Credit Suisse on poor earnings momentum, with a lack of clear catalysts, though it doesn't appear to be much of a bother to speculators intra-day.

  9. Van tell me if you are using Mattaport on your list.

Just in the most basic sense I think there is a fight going on between computer world with magical creatures and blocky looking characters (Roboblox) and inserting a version of yourself into the picture. There is an Aviator game show that really sucks but the concept of multiple cameras and digital points on the body creating a computer version of yourself... it has Mattaport applications doesn't it? Take that 3D camera tech and GET OFF THE BORING ASS APARTMENTS FOR GOD'S SAKE AND start building these Simms like worlds<-- yes this has all been done before but NOW YOU ARE ACTUALLY IN THE PICTURE, IN THE COMPUTE AND HAVING THE SEX.. Whoops. In the picture, in the computer and going on dates.

SO MY CHRISTMAS QUESTION TO YOU ALL: WON'T FACEBOOK EVENTUALLY BUY MATTAPORT<--- SCOOP****

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook (FB) expected that the Metaverse will turn mainstream within the next five to ten years. To achieve the Metaverse, FB has executed multiple collaborations to drive research and developments into the digital world and AI technologies. In June 2021, one such collaboration was announced for the Habitat-Matterport 3D Research Dataset (HM3D). The partnership is set to produce a large collection of 3D digital spaces, including residential, commercial, and civic spaces based on the physical world. The digital spaces will be used to train AI systems to bridge the gap between reality and virtual worlds. For now, the program is only meant for academic research, though we expect it to expand to commercial and enterprise use moving forward. MTTR VP of Business Development and Alliances, Conway Chen, said:

We are excited to collaborate with Facebook as we provide the academic and research communities access to this unique spatial dataset that is sure to impact how we work and live. With more than five million spaces captured with the Matterport platform, we are the only company that can offer a diverse library of high-resolution, data-rich digital twins of various styles, sizes, and complexities from across the world. HM3D can also be used more broadly by academia, and we can't wait to see what innovations emerge.
