Stoney... It tears my heart to say this, but I think you're wrong again buddy.
This thread has not been kind to you. .
    You've been drinking the Kool-Aide.

Fwiw, Cramer said this over 3 months ago and has been talking about this stock off and on ever since. Apple and (the company) Magna are in bed together. Common knowledge.

(And speaking of Cramer... I was reading another thread here... and man did he get some hate).

F that. Let those idiots produce a show nightly.

They listed some cherry-picked roster of losers he has featured on his show and came up with an inverse-Cramer idea for an ETF. Like the inverse-Cathy.

Whatever... Hell I could have threw in a few that whoever compiled that list missed. I made bank shorting Builda-Bear at $28 waaaaay back in the day. The night he featured it. (Who remembers Maxine Clark? She founded BBW after a CEO run at one of those pick-a-pair shoe places.)

So, Anyway he's missed a few, but when the man talks about the macro picture in the 1st 5-10 minutes, .... folks need to listen up.
Lots of pros here. All looking down their noses. And if they read this, I'm sure they'll chuckle to themselves. But Cramer is gold because he's connected bigtime.

The gold lies in reading the man.

Someone down in politics made a remark about Jimmy Carter.
They said he could tell you how the watch was built, but he couldn't tell you what time it was.
Great quote. Not sure about JC, but imo that sums up "the pro's".

Cramer is merely one more tool in the tool-chest for those in tune to things most can't feel.

Enough on that. And because I can already see it coming...
@Overnight... please.... do not reply to this post.
    Thank you.

  4. Hello People. The skies darken.

    I am so scared.

Long lines of people why are they getting tested? Why don't they just buy a at home test the way we did and not tell anyone? Hello. Standing in the street freaks people like me out.-

The team that my son and his HS basketball pals were supposed to play tues have abruptly pulled out.
Sending shocks of fear through my system that last year is happening again. That school is going virtual learning. You can't do that! My boy turned to me and said " I hope my life doesn't suck again. " This is what we are doing to ourselves.

The market will flush today and the market will finish the week even or up<----- After having made three correct market calls in short order it would be unwise to doubt me but you can keep trying. Today is a day to look for screaming buys-- but what are they-- BACK TO THE STAY AT HOME STOCKS<---- YUP. People act scared, people will be scared. //

  7. We already own some of of these-- PFE & NVAX & VIR (not listed) and GRTS and I think one or two more...

    • As results from Moderna (MRNA) confirm the previously disclosed findings from Pfizer(NYSE:PFE)/BioNTech(NASDAQ:BNTX)on the booster effect of their COVID-19 shot against Omicron, all three vaccine makers have risen in the pre-market. Moderna (MRNA) has taken the lead with a ~5.0% gain, while Pfizer (PFE) and BioNTech (BNTX) have added ~1.3% and ~2.8%, respectively.
    • Ocugen(NASDAQ:OCGN)is trading ~12.4% higher amid surging interest on social media. Johnson & Johnson(NYSE:JNJ)and AstraZeneca(NASDAQ:AZN)are trading flat. Meanwhile, Novavax(NASDAQ:NVAX)has added ~11.3% ahead of a potential decision on the authorization of its COVID-19 vaccine in the EU and on its plan to begin COVID-19 vaccine deliveries to the EU in Q1 2022.

  8. Counter-trend idea* IMAX

Movie theatre bears 'need to take notice of what just happened,' says B. Riley 07:49 AMC, CNK, IMAX, MCS, NCMI "Spider-Man: No Way Home," a film released in the middle of an omicron variant surge with a multitude of at-home viewing platforms in focus just generated the third-best domestic opening weekend box office of all time, B. Riley analyst Eric Wold tells investors in a research note. "Those who are bearish on the potential for a post-pandemic exhibition industry recovery need to take notice of what just happened," says the analyst. He reiterates Buy ratings on Cinemark (CNK), Imax (IMAX), Marcus (MCS) and National CineMedia (NCMI). Wold has a Neutral rating on AMC Entertainment (AMC).

  10. Tim again for Biogen.-?

    Significant news...

Biogen cuts Alzheimer's drug price in half, sees 50,000 patients in 2022 07:27 BIIB Biogen announced that, effective January 1, 2022, it will reduce the wholesale acquisition cost of its Alzheimer's treatment Aduhelm for intravenous use in the United States by approximately 50%. For a patient of average weight, the yearly cost at the maintenance dose will be $28,200. "Over the past several months, we have listened to the feedback of our stakeholders, and we are now taking important actions to improve patient access to Aduhelm," said Michel Vounatsos, CEO at Biogen. "Too many patients are not being offered the choice of Aduhelm due to financial considerations and are thus progressing beyond the point of benefitting from the first treatment to address an underlying pathology of Alzheimer's disease. We recognize that this challenge must be addressed in a way that is perceived to be sustainable for the U.S. healthcare system." Biogen believes with insurance coverage, and access to diagnostics and specialized centers, approximately 50,000 patients may initiate treatment with Aduhelm in 2022.

Now we have to get back to does the drug work?
