  1. I can't believe we made it. Crazy just crazy. We had drunk folks out with their i phones holding them up like a modern day concert- Grandpa made it but boy was he moving slow. He kept insisting on going up to the second floor to watch lousy football and I was trailer. Ontop of this my Brother-in-law's ex wife she shows up with a female dog in heat... My Rhodie was doing so good up until that point- he goes crazy and starts whipping around the house chasing the damn dog now we have areal old person problem. So I spend the day chasing the dog chasing Grandpa and preying it stays daylight a little while other.

Couple punch lines. - My bro, my dear Brother he's a California/ Music producer type writes pop songs that I have a hard time listening to (New Maclamore song?) He is very into his phone and talks to people staring at his phone which is such a west coast thing! the trouble is he has moved to the east coast where I was hoping some of these habits would end. Quote of the day:
' we saw Martha Stewart eating out and she looked up as we walked past because game recognizes game<----' o_O

My brother-in-lw in the past has owned thousands of shares of BCRX I was surprised he did not know about the insider buy-- Look for him to get interested from here-- I am buying some in an account he runs.

The Benz is deader than dead in the driveway and I'm afraid to try the Jeep...
The light situation... get this same panel controls one set of lights over the couch.
All these switches are next to the front door that's why I think I shorted out that panel.

One time before I did this to a different set of lights in the kitchen. We have these overhead hanging pans and I made contact with a track light with a metal pan and it shorted out and we had to replace the switch in the wall.

Day after Thanksgiving do I call the electrical guy today? What a pain.

Van what went down at your thanksgiving... Did Anastassia eat?

  3. The big world news is a special WHO meeting about a NEW VARIANT!-- South Africa.
We need to cut off air travel from South Africa.<--

BioNTech sees data from tests on new COVID variant in 2 weeks, Bloomberg says 08:04 BNTX, PFE BioNTech (BNTX) has begun studying the new COVID-19 variant that has emerged in southern Africa, called B.1.1.529, and expects the first data from lab tests on whether the new variant can elude the vaccine it makes together with Pfizer (PFE) within two weeks, reported Bloomberg, citing a BioNTech spokeswoman. "We understand the concern of experts and have immediately initiated investigations," BioNTech said in a statement, adding that the company and partner Pfizer put plans in place months ago to be able to ship a new version of their shot within 100 days if necessary, according to Bloomberg's Naomi Kresge.

  5. NEW STRAIN HAS 32 MUTATIONS!

Covid variant mutations may reduce vaccine effectiveness, says Morgan Stanley 07:23 SPY, SPX, DJX Morgan Stanley analyst Matthew Harrison urges caution on the level of concern around the new COVID-19 variant first identified in Botswana, B.1.1.529, given currently limited information, but noted that since the variant has 32 mutations in the spike protein, it is possible it may reduce vaccine effectiveness. The "most important factor to watch," according to Harrison, is the transmissibility of the variant and he notes that there is some anecdotal evidence to suggest B.1.1.529 may be easily transmissible. Harrison would expect more sequencing data to be available in the coming days, which could shed light on the prevalence of the mutation, and notes that given the number of mutations the virus "may not be stable and die out."

Flora Growth, Avaria Health & Beauty form FloVaria 07:09 FLGC Flora Growth announces it has entered into a definitive agreement with Canada-based Avaria Health & Beauty to form FloVaria, a joint venture company equally owned by Flora and Avaria. Through FloVaria, Flora will provide distribution, supply chain, and marketing support of KaLaya products in Colombia, Mexico, and other LATAM countries, while Avaria will initially supply the finished product to FloVaria. In the event that manufacturing costs from Canada become materially higher than the cost to produce in Colombia, FloVaria will explore moving its supply chain activities of Avaria products to Flora Lab. Any profits from the sale of KaLaya products via FloVaria will be divided equally between Flora and Avaria, increasing the value of Flora's existing distribution channels. Further, Flora Lab will work to produce FloVaria's cannabinoid-infused products, with an emphasis on incorporating cannabidiol, using cannabis from Flora's cultivation facility. These products are expected to be distributed across LATAM using Flora Lab's established distribution channels, with the goal of exporting to the U.S. market, where Avaria recently launched its KaLaya brand and has seen encouraging sales metrics. "Since our initial meeting with Avaria, we were impressed by their commitment to research, product development, and most importantly, providing customers with products that work," said Luis Merchan, President and CEO of Flora Growth. "Avaria has achieved impressive and continued growth of its KaLaya brand based on the quality and efficacy of the product. Our team is very excited to bring their award-winning topical pain products to our LATAM distribution network, and to produce cannabinoid-infused KaLaya products at Flora Lab."

Restaurant Brands talks to buy Subway failed earlier this year, NY Post says 07:00 QSR Earlier this year, Subway held informal talks to possibly sell itself to Restaurant Brands International, but those negotiations fell apart partly because of disagreements on price, not only between the companies, but also between co-founder Peter Buck and fellow co-founder Fred DeLuca's widow, Elisabeth, who each control 50% of the sandwich chain, according to the New York Post's Josh Kosman, citing sources.
