Capital One upgrades Aris Water Solutions, says stock can continue to outperform 09:10 ARIS Capital One analyst Kyle May upgraded Aris Water Solutions to Overweight from Equalweight with a price target of $22, up from $15. Though the stock has been among the top performing midstream companies this year with a 40% year-to-date gain, he believes the stock will continue to outperform as Aris is "expanding an already rapidly growing business," May tells investors. He projects a 26% EBITDA compound annual growth rate from FY22 to FY24, which May notes is the highest growth rate among his covered midstream companies. In addition, Aris eased concerns over seismicity events on its last earnings call by indicating less than 1% of the company's produced water volumes were curtailed in Q4, May said.
