  1. First Watch Restaurant Group ("First Watch") is a Daytime Dining concept that serves made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with a focus on fresh ingredients. The brand's chef-driven menu has received hundreds of awards, including being named one of TripAdvisor's (TRIP) best Restaurants of 2019. Some of its menu items that differentiate it from other breakfast/lunch brands are the following:

    • A.M. Superfoods Bowl
    • Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos<--- Hell ya
    • Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Carrot Cake and Pecan Pancakes<-- aha
    • Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl<-- I'll pass
    • Lemon Dressed Organic Mixed Greens<--Ok
    • Red Medicine, Morning Meditation, and Kale Tonic fresh juices
    The company had its IPO debut in early October, and raised over $190 million, selling 10.9 million shares at $18.00. On its second day of trading, the stock hit a high of $25.40

  2. First Watch one of the highest-growth companies industry-wide from a traffic, same-store sales, and unit growth standpoint. Assuming the company can meet the lower end of its FY2022 guided range, First Watch will end FY2022 will 485 restaurants, up from ~437 at the end of this year.

  3. The company focuses heavily on quality and fresh base on its daytime approach. This means that the kitchen is always operating with food prepared on order, not pre-prepared by microwave ovens, heat lamps or deep fryers.

    I'm liking this -- People are eating out period. > I'm into always open kitchens-- this whole concept jives with me.

    This is way below the IPO! <--- This is a disjoint I think.

    I should tell you I have a thing for food plays... I do get a bit excited in a biotech way....

  8. CRS- What to Do?

    I follow Carpenter closely. I dilly dallied played it cute and have left $4 on the table. Not a huge amount but enough to tick you off. It was $36 for a good while. Now it's moved out.-

    If you believe in TA this is going higher. MACD has turned solidly up accum is there money flow whatever metric you want to look at this is going up.<--- Would a cease fire affect this? I'm struggling with that.

    Any thoughts?

HealthEquity price target raised to $70 from $55 at Barrington 09:03 HQY Barrington analyst Alexander Paris raised the firm's price target on HealthEquity to $70 from $55 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares following the better than expected Q4 results. The analyst expects the company's operating and financial performance to improve on a consolidated basis as the economy reopens and current industry headwinds abate. He highlights HealthEquity's leading market position, the recurring nature and visibility of its revenue and the leverage inherent in its model.

    HQY is a vey solid co. Owned it a few times./ straddles finance and health with HSA's Health Savings Accounts.
